Assoc. Prof. ZEKERİYA FATİH İNEÇ

Zekeriya Fatih İneç was born in Erzincan in 1985. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Erzincan. He started his undergraduate education at Abant İzzet Baysal University Department of Social Studies Teaching and completed this program at Atatürk University Erzincan Faculty of Education. He started his academic life as a research assistant at Erzincan University, Department of Elementary Education, Department of Social Studies Teaching in 2009. She completed her master's and doctoral studies at Erzincan University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Elementary Education and Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education, Social Studies Education Science Branch.

The researcher received the title of doctor in 2017 and was appointed as a doctoral faculty member in the Department of Preschool Education of the Department of Basic Education of the same university in 2018. In 2022, he earned the title of Associate Professor.

The researcher has several scientific studies published in national and international journals, books and congresses on social studies teaching, instructional design, technology integration in education and culture transfer. He also holds two national degrees in programming and design and has advanced software and design knowledge. Within this framework, he has established the IT infrastructures of various public and private institutions and organizations in Turkey and abroad. In addition, the researcher, who has been involved in national strategic informatics projects, has produced national software especially for culture transfer in social studies teaching. In this context, he designed Turkey's first web mapping and geomedia (semantic artificial intelligence) technology and applications such as coding, geogames and virtual reality for the transfer of Turkish culture.
