Üniversite öğrencilerinin başarılarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan çalışmada güç alanı analizi yöntemiyle sürükleyici ve engelleyici güçler tanımlanmıştır. Bu amaç için 10’ u demografik olmak üzere 45 sorudan oluşan anket Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Anketlere verilen cevaplar SPSS paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiş ve sonuçlar öğrencilerin demografik özellikleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Başarıya ulaşmak için engelleyici güçlerin sayısı sürükleyici güçlerin sayısından daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Başarıya etki eden zorlayıcıların gücünü artırmak ve engelleyicilerin gücünü azaltmak için güç alanı analizinden etkin bir araç olarak yararlanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
In the study conducted to determine the factors that affect the achievement of university students, the restraining and driving forces were identified via force field analysis method. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 45 questions, 10 of which were demographic, was applied to the students of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The responses to the questionnaires were evaluated using the SPSS package program and the results were compared with the demographic characteristics of the students. In order to achieve success, it was seen that the number of restraining forces was greater than the number of driving forces. It has been concluded that power field analysis can be used as an effective tool in order to increase the power of compulsive and reduce the power of restraining.
