Abstract

Technological R & D studies are carried out to facilitate and meet our expectations, our lifestyle, and the
activities in our lives at the highest level and also to offer us a better life. In this context, the technology offers
great advantages for our daily life as it does for any field. Today, we frequently hear the terms IoT (Internet of
the Things), the revolution of Industry 4.0, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and deep learning in line with
the improvements in the information and communication technologies. In this study, we think that the Arduino
and mobile device communication based portable churner can be an innovative design for the practical solution
of a process in our daily life. The product, which has been designed to have a body from pine wood to keep its
natural form, has been developed to have a remote Bluetooth communication control through mobile device
application. At the design stage, while the 3D body structure of the system has been designed using Solid Works,
a computer-aided drawing software, the structure of the electronic circuit has been designed using Fritzing. The
major components used in the system are the power unit, rechargeable battery, the motor driver and the motor,
Arduino Uno card, and the body materials. According to the result of our study, a portable technology for the
churning operations of the small-scale farmers, as well as a household-type churning module to prepare "Ayran",
our national drink, with its natural flavor for its lovers.
