Acentelik ilişkisi süreklilik niyeti ile kurulan bir ilişki olmasına rağmen bu ilişkiyi sona erdiren nedenler vardır.Acentelik sözleşmesini sona erdiren nedenler, 6102 sayılı yeni Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 121. maddesinde düzenlenmiştir. Bu düzenlemeyegöre, acentelik sözleşmesi; sürenin sona ermesi, feshi ihbar, haklı nedenler, iflas, ölüm, kısıtlanma ve diğer nedenler mevcut olduğunda sonaermektedir.
