Özet

A pregnant patient diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse during the antenatal period presented with complaints of vaginal bulging and discomfort. On physical examination, prolapse was confirmed and evaluated using standard classification systems. As no significant obstetric complications were identified, a conservative management approach was adopted. The pregnancy was followed with close antenatal monitoring, symptomatic supportive treatment, and pessary application. The patient was regularly evaluated for potential complications, including infection, preterm labor, and urinary dysfunction. The mode of delivery was individualized based on the severity of prolapse and obstetric conditions. The case was successfully managed without major maternal or fetal complications, and postpartum reassessment was performed.
