Özet

Bu çalışmada Meslek Yüksekokulu Otomotiv Teknolojisi Programları için Teknoloji Fakülteleri örnek alınarak bir eğitim öğretim programı örneği hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada sunulan örnek eğitim-öğretim programın uygulanması neticesinde Otomotiv Programının bölgesel, sektörel ve eğitim-öğretim çıktısı açısından ortaya çıkaracağı katkılar araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca Otomotiv Teknolojisi Programı mezunu teknikerlerin istihdam, bilgi seviyesi, uygulama becerisi ve meslek tecrübesi konusunda edinecekleri olumlu katkıya değinilmiştir. Bu örnek programda Teknoloji Fakültelerinin seçilmesinin temel sebebi bu fakültelerin teorik eğitim ile birlikte uygulama ağırlıklı eğitim vermesi ve mezuniyet öncesi bir yarıyıl boyunca öğrencilerine işyeri eğitimi yaptırmasıdır. Bu çalışma Otomotiv Teknolojisi Programı örneğinden yola çıkarak tüm meslek yüksekokulu bölüm ve programlarının da Teknoloji Fakültesi modeli uyguladıklarında elde edebilecekleri muhtemel katkıların görülmesi açısından önemlidir.

In this study, an education program has been prepared by taking Technology Faculties for Vocational High School Automotive Technology Programs a example. As a result of implementation of the sample education program presented in this study, contributions that the Automotive Technology Program will reveal in terms of regional, sectoral and education output. Also, positive contribution that graduated technicians will obtain on employment, knowledge level, implementation skill and vocational experience. In this sample program, the main reasons why Technology Faculties are chosen are that this faculty offers theoretical education along with implementation-weighted education and have its student received workplace training. This study is important in terms of seeing possible contributions that all vocational school departments and programs will obtain when they implement Technology Faculty model based on Automotive Technology Program sample.
