Özet

This study investigates the relationship between work–life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS) among hotel employees, examining the mediating role of employee productivity (EP) and the moderating role of financial threat (FT). Data collected from 488 employees in Manavgat reveal that WLB positively influences both EP and JS, with EP partially mediating the WLB–JS link. FT weakens this relationship by reducing the positive effect of WLB on JS under high financial threat. Limited regional focus restricts generalizability. Future research should employ diverse and longitudinal samples. Managerial implications emphasize strengthening WLB practices and mitigating financial concerns to enhance workforce well-being.
