Abstract

Peach is one of the widely consumed fruits that can adapt to different climatic conditions. In order to produce quality peach fruit, it must be protected from diseases. In this study, a decision support system has been proposed to control peach fruit disease and to inform farmers producing peach about the peach disease in advance. In the proposed system, a deep learning-based neural network based on a transfer learning approach is used, which can quickly detect whether the peach fruit is diseased from leaf images. It has been observed that the proposed neural network provides 99.55% success accuracy in the detection of peach disease.
