The aim of this study is to identify how Alevism-Bektashism reverberated to the Turkish education system within the framework of the education programs and textbooks. Accordingly, in our research, the education programs and books of the courses taught in Primary and Secondary Schools are evaluated in terms of content. A descriptive approach is used for identifying the level and the way of handling Haci Bektas Veli and Bektashism.
