Özet

In this paper, the polar moments of inertia for the trajectories of the points have been obtained during the one parameter planar homothetic motions in the generalized complex plane Cp. Then, Holditch-type theorem that express the relationship among the polar moments of inertia of points has been given for homothetic motion in Cp. Moreover, the some geometric interpretations of the polar moment of inertia in physics have been expressed. So, this study is thought to be an interdisciplinary study that establishes a link between geometry and physics.
