Etik Ses Ölçeğinin Türkçeye Uyarlaması: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Özet

Amaç - Bu araştırmanın amacı, Zheng ve diğerleri (2021) tarafından geliştirilmiş etik ses ölçeğinin Türkçe ’ye uyarlanmasını yaparak geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir.

Yöntem - Bu amaç kapsamında, veriler Türkiye’de Erzincan ilinde görev yapan 191 öğretmenden anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Etik Ses Ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasında ölçeğin güvenirliğinin, yapısal, yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerliliğinin belirlenmesi amacıyla SPSS 25 ve AMOS 24 istatistik programlarından yararlanılmıştır.

Bulgular - Bulgulara göre ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa değeri 0,82 olarak çıkmıştır. Bu değer etik ses ölçeğinin güvenirliğinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi bulgularında, etik ses ölçeğinin tek faktörlü yapıyla uyumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Tartışma - Sonuç olarak yapılan tüm analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, etik ses ölçeğinin Türkiye’de yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılmak üzere güvenilir ve geçerli olduğunu göstermektedir.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to examine the validity and reliability of the ethical voice scale developed by Zheng et al. (2021) by adapting it to Turkish.

Design/methodology/approach - Within the scope of this purpose, data were obtained from 191 teachers working in Erzincan province in Turkey through a survey. In the Turkish adaptation of the Ethical Voice Scale, SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 statistical programs were used to determine the reliability, structural and convergent validity of the scale.

Findings - According to the findings, the Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was 0.82. This value shows that the reliability of the ethical voice scale is high. In the confirmatory factor analysis findings, it was determined that the ethical voice scale was compatible with the single-factor structure.

Discussion - In conclusion, the findings obtained as a result of all the analyses conducted show that the ethical voice scale is reliable and valid for use in studies to be conducted in Turkey.
